Every AI output shows the prompt, the sources used, and what was withheld. Nothing is hidden behind a summary.
Be evidence-based
Perspectives and suggestions are tied to documents and context you supply. When evidence is thin, we say so.
Remain nonpartisan
We do not advocate for parties, candidates, or ideological positions. The platform serves the process of informed decision-making.
Remain nonsectarian
Religious viewpoints are not promoted or favored. The workspace belongs to the whole association.
Look for unity in diversity
We help you hear from underrepresented neighbors and find common ground without erasing real disagreement.

Artificial intelligence is intentionally suggestive and exploratory. It widens thinking; it never decides.

Your data stays yours
Civic work belongs to the association, not to the software. Executive members can export the full record at any time.
- —Export Actions, Meetings, On the Table responses, Agenda Items, Decisions, Community Perspectives, and the organization roster.
- —Choose an open CSV bundle for spreadsheets or a JSON archive for full structural migration.
- —No credentials or passwords are ever included in an export.
